地理教研組年度工作總結(jié)
從初一地理教研組成立以來,在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教務(wù)處、教研室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,地理教研組全體教師根據(jù)學(xué)校教學(xué)、教研工作計(jì)劃提出的基本要求認(rèn)真制訂教研組教學(xué)、教研工作計(jì)劃并積極開展教學(xué)、教研活動(dòng)。我們堅(jiān)持落實(shí)學(xué)校教學(xué)工作的指導(dǎo)思想:"依據(jù)大綱、活用教材、落實(shí)雙基、發(fā)展智力、培養(yǎng)能力。"發(fā)揚(yáng)學(xué)校教學(xué)工作"嚴(yán)、實(shí)、勤、活"的特點(diǎn)。按照新大綱、新教材的教育和教學(xué)基本要求,在抓好傳統(tǒng)常規(guī)教學(xué)的同時(shí),借助現(xiàn)代教育信息技術(shù),積極參與現(xiàn)代教育科研實(shí)驗(yàn),深化課堂教學(xué)改革,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)新思維和實(shí)踐能力,努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和科研水平。具體工作如下:
一、加強(qiáng)新大綱新教材的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,落實(shí)新的課程計(jì)劃
開學(xué)伊始,教研組立即組織教師開展新大綱新教材的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,學(xué)習(xí)了解高中地理新舊教學(xué)大綱和新舊教材的差異,明確新高中教材改革的方向與重點(diǎn)。具體表現(xiàn)在教學(xué)大綱的組成、教學(xué)目標(biāo)的分解、課程體系和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的更新、教材表述方式的轉(zhuǎn)變、研究性學(xué)習(xí)的開展等五大方面。通過學(xué)習(xí),使教師們的教育教學(xué)觀、課程觀、評價(jià)觀得到轉(zhuǎn)變,更好地更新地理學(xué)科知識,建立多元化的知識結(jié)構(gòu),努力使自己成為具有新型教學(xué)理念和知識結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新型教師,成為課程教材的建構(gòu)者和改革者。
二、加強(qiáng)教學(xué)計(jì)劃管理,提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量
教研組在組織教師開展新大綱新教材的學(xué)習(xí)和研究基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)本年級教學(xué)內(nèi)容的特點(diǎn)和要求,及早制訂教學(xué)計(jì)劃和教學(xué)進(jìn)度表。堅(jiān)持集體備課,提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本年級備課組堅(jiān)持每二周次集體備課活動(dòng),以老帶新,認(rèn)真鉆研教材,確定教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),切實(shí)做到"三備、四定、五統(tǒng)一";教師能按學(xué)校要求規(guī)范地寫好教案,以備講課及檢查之用;作業(yè)布置有針對性,能按照學(xué)校要求進(jìn)行批改,及時(shí)檢查和講評;
三、以教帶研,以研促教,相得益彰
繼續(xù)開展教研組組長張洪主持的全體地理教師參與的校級實(shí)驗(yàn)課題研究工作,以教帶研,以研促教,相得益彰。
教研組根據(jù)學(xué)校開展研究性學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的要求,認(rèn)真組織教師學(xué)習(xí)和研討,確定本學(xué)年開展研究性學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的具體做法、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和工作分工,做到有計(jì)劃、有時(shí)間、有地點(diǎn)、有內(nèi)容,高效有序地開展研究性學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。
一是開設(shè)研究性學(xué)習(xí)專題講座指導(dǎo)學(xué)生開展活動(dòng);二是從學(xué)校和學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際出發(fā),師生合作,確定研究性活動(dòng)課題,組織課題組,制定實(shí)施計(jì)劃;三是定時(shí)、定點(diǎn)了解學(xué)生開展活動(dòng)的進(jìn)展情況,幫助學(xué)生解決活動(dòng)過程中碰到的實(shí)際問題。如指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)從網(wǎng)絡(luò)或其它媒體搜集有關(guān)研究課題方面的文字、圖片、數(shù)據(jù)等資料;學(xué)會(huì)進(jìn)行社會(huì)調(diào)查、訪問;學(xué)會(huì)使用相關(guān)儀器進(jìn)行實(shí)地觀測,科學(xué)地記錄數(shù)據(jù);學(xué)會(huì)使用計(jì)算機(jī)整理搜集、觀測到的資料,繪制各種統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表進(jìn)行說理、析事,撰寫研究性學(xué)習(xí)小論文;學(xué)會(huì)使用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件工具制作簡單網(wǎng)頁或自己動(dòng)手制作地理模型等。
